Carter Contracting Services provides heavy lift and transport solutions across the UK. Delivering heavy haulage, installation, SPMT, engineering, routing & SPA, heavy lift crane hire and project management solutions.
Since 2022 we've invested over £4 million in our own equipment including MAN heavy-haulage tractors, 28 Goldhofer modular axle lines, a 250-tonne girder frame system and a 500-ton lift gantry.
Owning the fleet means we control the standards it's maintained to, rather than relying on hired-in kit.
Our leadership team has worked on major heavy-lift and transport projects for clients such as Balfour Beatty VINCI, Transglobal Projects, TSK and Fracht UK across the UK and Europe. That background shapes how we plan and run every project here.
